Raised by nine family ranches in Western Colorado, our cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished, and never given antibiotics, added hormones, or animal by-products. That means every New York Strip delivers clean, mouthwatering flavor you can feel good about serving.

Orders ship the third week of each month. Order by the 15th to get it this month. Orders placed after the 15th will ship next month.
How Your Order Arrives
- Insulated Box – Every order is packed in a high-quality insulated shipping box.
- Dry Ice & Ice Packs – We include the right balance of dry ice and gel ice packs to keep your meats cold during shipping. Depending on your location and the season, you may still see some dry ice left in the box when it arrives.
- Frozen or Chilled on Arrival – Your products may arrive fully frozen or partially thawed and very cold to the touch. As long as the items are still cold, they are safe to refreeze or refrigerate immediately.
- Store Immediately – Transfer items to your freezer as soon as your order arrives.
